How Do I Know if Tapping is Right for Me?

 EFT treatment is highly effective for people trying to break a specific habit, phobia, or emotional thought pattern. It is surprising how a well an EFT session can release patterns we have previously found insurmountable. 

EFT  is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles.

Sally uses the additional technique developed by Meryl Hershey Beck of calling “Source”  in to aide in the release and to fill in the emotional space where the pain/emotion was held.

An EFT session gives one the ability to connect with the emotion (the pattern or habit) you wish to release. This is why having someone you trust lead you through the session is key.
